These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Source Vehicle.
Under no circumstances shall Source Vehicle team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Source Vehicle team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Source Vehicle will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

Source Vehicle grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Source Vehicle (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “Source Vehicle”, “us”, “we” or “our”), the provider of the Source Vehicle website and the services accessible from the Source Vehicle website (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the “Source Vehicle Service”).
You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Source Vehicle Service. In these Terms & Conditions, “you” refers both to you as an individual and to the entity you represent. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.
Sell My Car Marketplace Terms
1. Overview & Service Scope
The 'Sell My Car' service on Source Vehicle provides sellers with digital advertising, vehicle showcase features, and prospective buyer inquiry tools across our marketplace and sourcing network. By submitting a vehicle listing, you agree to these specific terms in addition to our General Terms & Conditions.
2. Seller Eligibility & Proof of Ownership
To list a vehicle for sale, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized agent holding valid legal authorization (such as power of attorney or dealership consignment authority) to advertise and sell the vehicle. Source Vehicle reserves the right to request official documentation—including but not limited to the vehicle registration certificate (Mulkiya), trade license, or proof of identity—to verify vehicle legitimacy prior to or following publication.
3. Listing Accuracy & Transparency
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all published information—including vehicle make, model, model year, trim, chassis number (VIN), mileage, mechanical condition, GCC/regional specification, accident history, and asking price—is truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. The publication of inaccurate, deceptive, cloned, or fraudulent vehicle specifications or photos is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate listing termination and account suspension.
4. Promotional Plans, Placements & Refresh Policy
Vehicle listings are displayed according to the listing plan selected by the seller (such as Standard, Boost, Turbo, or custom showcase placements). Each plan has a fixed validity duration (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days). Eligible priority plans may also include periodic listing refresh privileges to boost visibility in accordance with the cooldown intervals specified in the plan. Upon expiration, listings transition to an expired status unless extended or renewed by the seller.
5. Fees, Invoicing & Non-Refundability
All listing package fees and plan extensions are processed as secure one-time payments with no automatic recurring deductions. Every completed payment generates an official digital VAT Tax Invoice / Receipt accessible in the user dashboard. Because promotional advertising and platform listing services commence immediately upon plan activation, listing plan fees and extension charges are strictly non-refundable once payment has been captured.
6. Buyer Inquiries, Negotiations & Independent Transactions
Source Vehicle operates solely as an advertising and communication platform connecting verified sellers with prospective buyers. Source Vehicle does not own, inspect, warranty, or guarantee any vehicle listed under the Sell My Car service, nor do we participate as a contractual party in the physical transfer of ownership, vehicle inspection, or financial settlement between buyer and seller, unless explicitly arranged under a separate verified escrow or inspection agreement.
7. Platform Moderation & Listing Removal
Source Vehicle reserves the right to review, reject, request modifications to, or unpublish any vehicle listing at its sole discretion if the listing fails moderation, infringes intellectual property rights, violates local consumer protection regulations, or poses security risks to platform users. In such circumstances, Source Vehicle may contact the seller to resolve discrepancies or cancel the listing without liability.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Source Vehicle.
Source Vehicle may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Source Vehicle, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the website and all copies thereof from your computer.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website and delete all copies of the website from your computer.
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Source Vehicle’s rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.
Updates to Our Terms
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
